  • One Metal Nail File or Nail Clipper with File
  • One Bar of Soap (bath size in wrapper)
  • One Toothbrush (in original package)
  • Six Band-Aids

Toothpaste that has an extended expiration date will be added to each Health Kit upon receipt at the CWS warehouse facility.

Seal all items in a one-gallon plastic bag with a zipper closure Processing/Shipping $2.00 per Kit.
